The personnel who receive the press card in news organizations must meet the following conditions at the same time: 00 (1) Abide by national laws and regulations and journalists' professional ethics; 00 (two) have a college degree or above and obtain the qualification of news editing recognized by the relevant departments of the State Council; 00 (3) Personnel engaged in news gathering and editing within the establishment of news organizations, or those who have been formally employed by news organizations to work in news gathering and editing posts and have more than 1 year news gathering and editing experience.
