In the summer vacation before the year of graduation, they went to intern at the unit of their choice. They were serious and dedicated! When the recruitment begins, you go through the internal recruitment process and do your internship without any delay. You take a written test and have a few interviews with the supervisor, and the offer is ready! One went through the normal school recruitment process and successfully got an offer after several rounds of interviews.

These guys, they have finished the game before they even start looking for a job.

It’s useless to be envious. They have already made their career plans, whether to stay in Beijing or not, whether they are in the company or their workplace, whether they are engaged in finance or academia!

Some students have rehearsed the process of finding a job as a process of re-understanding themselves. This year has not been in vain!

There are indeed many people who don’t know what they are suitable for or what they can do until they start looking for a job. They don’t know which industry to choose. It doesn’t matter what company or unit they think will do! The most terrible thing is that these children feel that they are worthless and useless at all, so how can they be "afraid"!

But!

They really never abandon or give up! Try for all positions in companies and units that meet the recruitment requirements, take the written test carefully, and prepare carefully for the interview. After passing it, seriously consider whether to go. If not, then continue applying, taking exams, and interviewing. If I don’t pass, I wipe my tears and say, “This product is not suitable for me.” I wave my hand and continue walking in high spirits!

Some students chase a goal until the end. I am convinced!

As a non-local student in the imperial capital, you don’t need to think about it to know what this goal is - "Beijing Hukou"! Think about it, there are hundreds of thousands of students graduating from Beijing alone every year, and they compete for thousands of household registration quotas. Isn’t this scene a bit tragic?

The children's shoes will definitely not lose to anyone with the spirit of one against ten thousand. The first criterion for these students to screen companies or units is whether to give them a Beijing household registration. In this way, most of them can be screened out. The remaining ones that meet their interests, majors, etc. can be carefully prepared. No matter how complicated the recruitment process is, no matter how complicated the recruitment process is, The location is so remote, no matter whether it is already June or not, we will never give up until we get the hukou. Not to mention, these guys ended up in units that had everything, and their satisfaction levels were very high!

When it comes to finding a job, the result is definitely the same. Everyone will eventually have a job, but everyone’s experience and mentality are different. I dare not say that I can give you any suggestions, but I feel like if I knew some things in advance, I might not be so panicked at the time.

No matter what you do, I think your mentality is the first thing to adjust, especially finding a job. To put it seriously, it is a lifelong event (hahahahahaha), and you can't neglect it. Think about it when you are asked three times a day, "What do I want to eat for lunch, what do I want to eat for afternoon, and what do I want to eat tomorrow morning?" How consciously and proactively do you answer this question day and night? It cannot be avoided, and you rack your brains. You have to think about it, otherwise what will you eat? Yes, this is the attitude. Before you find a job, you must treat this matter with this attitude. There can be no avoidance or slacking off at all. Of course, you don’t have to deal with this matter as violently as your head is hanging and your butt is stabbing. Once you are sure what you want to eat, eat it happily. There is no taste when you wolf it down. You have to taste it quietly and easily, regardless of brushing. Take your time on employment websites, listening to lectures or written interviews. Don't be anxious or afraid. Just work hard to do the corresponding things at any stage. Don't worry too much. For example, if you worry about being swiped before the interview, aren't you setting yourself up for trouble? , you are too smart to do such stupid things!

I have always felt that doing things will be more efficient if there is a goal to guide you.

Especially if you are not a first- or third-category student and don’t have any clear goals, just think that you can make more money by going to a company, and it’s easy to live in an office. It’s good to stay in Beijing. You can take care of your parents when you go back to your hometown. , so, what on earth do you want to do! ! ! Of course, you think about it as you work, and there is nothing wrong with taking it one step at a time, but why do you have to experience the hardships of going round and round! Take some time to have a good chat with your mentors, parents and other respected elders, and listen to their thoughts. Sometimes their few words are like that, a lighthouse! Yes, it can really guide the way. Take the initiative to contact the seniors and seniors. I think the best thing about P is the friendship between seniors and sisters (hehehehehe). Don’t have any worries. The seniors are really happy to share their experiences with juniors and juniors! Let's talk freely, gradually set goals for ourselves, and make plans. Of course, this doesn't mean a hard-and-fast goal, just a direction. I think looking for a job overseas brings more disappointment than opportunity. It’s unnecessary!

If you stay in the dormitory and wander around the campus every day, a good job will quietly knock on the door. It is simply a daydream. Even if you are a college student, it is impossible! What to do! Action, action, action! (Knocking it three times is said to be because it is popular to say important things three times). Prepare your resume in advance. It is best to have both Chinese and English versions, with or without photos. You need to have a template and be flexible. If the nature of the job you are applying for is quite different, then the focus reflected in the resume should not be the same. Self-introduction is a popular topic on Zhihu. Write a manuscript in advance based on your own situation. Don’t be afraid of trouble. Prepare comprehensively for the first time. You don’t need to worry about these things during the entire job search process. There are many interview question banks on the Internet. You can sort them out by yourself. Answer and practice each question one by one. Once you are familiar with it, you can handle any interview without blushing or heartbeat! If you have time, go to more mock interviews organized by graduates. After practicing interviews, you can also meet people with similar interests and ask for advice. It is much easier than working alone, at least in terms of mentality! There are many things to do, but don’t be lazy, it’s the last word to do it! Just keep doing it, it’s not impossible for happiness to knock on your door!

Masters don’t need much experience. If we are a little bit afraid or worried about finding a job, we should read more experience posts, listen to other people’s opinions, and try various things. Maybe, there are so many things in life. Things that you may think are going to collapse at the moment, but when you look back, they are nothing, so just relax and do it!
