How to license a forklift?

Go to the local quality supervision bureau to consult and go through the formalities.

Article 1: Check the required information.

Inspection sheet of motor vehicles in the factory (in duplicate).

2 forklift license (one original and one copy).

3. Copy of ownership unit code certificate.

4. A copy of the business license of the owner.

5. It is not handled directly by the legal person (power of attorney is required).

Article 2: You need information to apply for a driver's license.

1. special equipment registration form (in duplicate).

2. Inspection certificate (one original and one copy each).

3 forklift license (one original and one copy).
