The examination includes face-to-face interviews.

1. Interview (full score is 100 points, passing mark is 75 points).

The interview and scoring method will be adopted, focusing on the political quality, professional quality, personality characteristics and work willingness of the candidates.

Among the candidates who have qualified in the interview, according to the interview scores from high to low, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 to the number of job recruits.

If the number of qualified candidates in the interview does not reach the prescribed proportion, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of qualified candidates.

2. Interview (full score is 100 points, passing mark is 75 points).

Based on the job requirements and job characteristics, the interviews will focus on comprehensive analysis, judgment and decision-making, interpersonal communication, teamwork and other abilities.

3. Total score calculation (full score is 100 points, passing mark is 75 points)

Total exam score = interview score × 20% + interview score × 80%.

If the total scores of candidates for the same position are the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of interview scores; if the interview scores are still the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of the interview chief judge's scores.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of candidates’ total scores from high scores to low scores, physical examination objects will be determined in equal numbers according to the number of job recruitments. Personnel shall not be identified as subjects of physical examination.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)", and a mental health level test shall be organized. Those who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up the physical examination.

The inspection was carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)".

(4) Public announcement of employment

The proposed candidates will be announced through the Zhuhai Jinwan District Government website for 7 working days.

After the publicity period expires, if there is no objection to the candidate to be hired or there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with regulations.

If the person to be hired fails to report within the specified time, it will be deemed as a waiver.

(5) Substitution

If the recruitment position becomes vacant due to the applicant's failure in physical examination or inspection, or the proposed candidate giving up the appointment, or the proposed candidate's announcement of the results affecting the recruitment, the recruitment position may be vacant. Depending on the situation, candidates who have passed the overall score for this position will be selected for physical examination or inspection in order from high to low scores.

The replacement work is generally completed within 30 days from the expiration date of the recruitment unit’s first batch of personnel to be recruited, and no later than this recruitment cycle.

7. Other matters

(1) There is no candidate fee for this recruitment.
