How long does it take to practice in Huatuo Pharmacy and become a full member?

I have to practice in Huatuo Pharmacy for 3 to 6 months before I can become a full member. According to the relevant public information, the internship of Huatuo Pharmacy is only an internship after graduation from the School of Pharmacy, and there is no guarantee that you will become a full member after the internship in the pharmacy. Whether you can become a full member depends on whether the pharmacy recruits staff. If you perform during the internship in a pharmacy, the duration of the internship depends on 3 to 6 months.
