At present, the most promising job opportunities for China people are service-oriented jobs and sales jobs, as well as business personnel in middle and high-level companies.

China also has considerable potential in middle and senior services, such as engineers in electrical engineering, architecture and software design, but the procedures are complicated. Not only do you need to provide notarized documents in English or even Arabic, but you also need to go to the Albanian Embassy in China for certification (the certification fee is high), and it is difficult to operate in batches. Besides, communication in English is also a major obstacle for engineers in China. Therefore, apart from my personal use, there are less than 100 middle and senior laborers I currently serve in Albania. However, after these workers came to Afghanistan, they were treated very well. The monthly salary of engineers in Afghan government departments is about 4,000 to 7,000 dirhams. The foreign party provides a two-bedroom house, a long-term visa for the whole family to come to Afghanistan, a plane ticket for the whole family to visit relatives in China once a year, medical insurance and so on. Some senior engineers working in oil companies earn more than $4,000 a month and can live in a four-bedroom, two-bedroom apartment with an annual rent of 654.38 million dirhams.

Most of China's labor services in Afghanistan are sent by relevant international economic cooperation companies to engage in engineering projects or arranged for employment in local business offices, and their legitimate rights and interests can basically be guaranteed. However, some of these workers have received less wages in recent years, or lack adaptability, obedience and service awareness, so they are dissatisfied with their work and even go on strike in violation of local laws. Therefore, the unit has strengthened the legal education and cultural study of its dispatched personnel and strived to improve its own quality. On the other hand, it is true that some laborers are directly recruited from China by employers or introduced to Afghanistan by our individual staff in Afghanistan. Most of them come to Afghanistan blindly with high income expectations and don't know the local market, so they are easily deceived and suffer economic losses and can't find jobs after arriving in Afghanistan. Others want to use Afghanistan as a springboard to sneak into Europe and America.
