According to the needs of the work, it is decided through research that one staff member of the International Cooperation Office is now open to the public (non-career establishment). The specific matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principles

(1) Adhere to the principles of "open selection, fair competition, strict assessment and merit-based recruitment";

(2) The recruitment shall be conducted by interview, and the candidates shall be selected on the basis of assessment.

II. Qualifications and job responsibilities

(I) Qualifications

1. Support the party's line, principles and policies, have excellent personal moral quality, and have strong professionalism and service awareness;

2. Good English level (CET-8 for English major graduates, CET-6 for non-English major graduates or TOEFL 7, IELTS 6.);

3. Have a bachelor's degree or above in full-time colleges and universities, and be in * * * (preparatory) party member, and be no more than 3 years old;

(II) Job responsibilities

Hiring and management of foreign cultural and educational experts, and daily management of international students.

III. Treatment of employed personnel

1. During the probation period, the monthly salary is 1,8 yuan (including medical care, pension, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund).

2. After the probation period expires, the monthly salary is 2,2 yuan (including medical care, pension, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund).

iv. Management of employed personnel

(1) The school signs an employment contract with the employed personnel, specifying the rights and obligations of the employed personnel. The employment contract lasts for 3 years, of which the probation period is 6 months.

(2) The personnel file relationship of the employed personnel is not transferred to the school, but the relationship between the Party and the Youth League can be transferred to the school according to the needs of the work, and transferred back to the original unit or new work unit at the end of the employment period.

(3) the daily management and annual assessment of the employed personnel shall be carried out with reference to the management and assessment methods of the staff in the same position in the school.

V. Requirements for registration

(1) Time for registration: from the date of announcement to July 1, 21.

(2) Registration method: Applicants should fill in the Recruitment Registration Form of North China Institute of Science and Technology and submit the registration form to Office 31 of Personnel Department before the registration deadline.
