According to the needs of the work, it is decided through research that one staff member of the International Cooperation Office is now open to the public (non-career establishment). The specific matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principles

II. Qualifications and job responsibilities

(I) Qualifications

III. Treatment of employed personnel

1. During the probation period, the monthly salary is 1,8 yuan (including medical care, pension, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund).

2. After the probation period expires, the monthly salary is 2,2 yuan (including medical care, pension, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund).

iv. Management of employed personnel

(1) The school signs an employment contract with the employed personnel, specifying the rights and obligations of the employed personnel. The employment contract lasts for 3 years, of which the probation period is 6 months.

(2) The personnel file relationship of the employed personnel is not transferred to the school, but the relationship between the Party and the Youth League can be transferred to the school according to the needs of the work, and transferred back to the original unit or new work unit at the end of the employment period.

(3) the daily management and annual assessment of the employed personnel shall be carried out with reference to the management and assessment methods of the staff in the same position in the school.

V. Requirements for registration

(1) Time for registration: from the date of announcement to July 1, 21.
