Quantang Middle School was completed in the spring of 20 15. Located on the west side of the second phase of Quantang Resettlement Community, adjacent to the Provincial Hydropower Corporation and the Provincial Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, it covers an area of 82 mu, with a total construction area of about 4 1 1,000 square meters and a total investment of 65,438.0+0.9 billion yuan. Upon completion, the school will have 60 classes and can accommodate 3,000 students.

Quantang Middle School is located in the northwest of No.1 Middle School in Changsha County, in the southwest corner of the second phase of Quantang Resettlement Area in Quantang Street. The school is located at the intersection of Yuanda Road and Liudong Line, covering an area of 82 mu. The designed school scale is 60 classes with a total investment of10.90 billion yuan. The first batch of junior high school students were enrolled in the fall of 20 14, and were temporarily hosted by Changsha No.1 Middle School. After the completion of 20 15 in the spring, it moved into the new campus and officially started school in the autumn. At present, the school has 67 classes (grade 25, grade 22 and grade 20) with 3476 students.
