The person in charge of nondestructive testing shall have the intermediate qualification certificate of nondestructive testing.

Full-time inspectors should have at least 3 inspectors.

Nondestructive testing personnel RT Ⅱ≥ 2, UT Ⅱ≥ 2, MT Ⅱ≥ 2 or PT Ⅱ≥ 2.

Pressure vessel assemblers shall have pressure vessel assemblers who meet the requirements.

The number of certified welders shall be ≥6, and at least 2 items shall be qualified, of which the total number of butt joint projects between tubes and plates shall be ≥4, the number of tube plate welding projects shall be ≥2, and the number of automatic submerged arc welding projects shall be ≥2. If the licensed enterprise includes stainless steel products, the number of certified welders for Class IV materials shall be ≥2.

Technical personnel should have professional technical personnel to meet the needs of pressure vessel manufacturing and management, and the total number of technical personnel should be ≥5% of the total number of employees and ≥ 5, including welding and chemical technicians ≥ 1 person each, and engineers and above ≥4.

Metallographic and physical and chemical inspection personnel should have corresponding qualifications, and the number of personnel should meet the relevant requirements.

The above personnel must hold valid certificates issued by the quality inspection bureau.
