2. Registration requirements and registration methods for re-certification

Re-certification personnel should fill in the Application Form for Re-examination of Non-destructive Testing Personnel of Special Equipment and fax it to Jiangsu before the end of February of the year when the certificate expires.

Note: When reporting for duty, please submit the Application Form for Re-examination of Non-destructive Testing Personnel of Special Equipment (the seal of our company is valid, the original) and the Application Form for Certificate of Non-destructive Testing Personnel of Special Equipment in Jiangsu Province (two 1-inch bareheaded photos of each item, the original); Personnel from other places who come to Nanjing to take the replacement certificate shall go through the relevant formalities according to the provisions of Article 14 of the new Examination Regulations before taking the examination and taking the replacement certificate.

3. Registration method for initial training examiners

1) Registration conditions: those who apply for Grade II evidence collection must hold Grade I qualification certificate (more than half a year in junior college and more than one year in technical secondary school); Undergraduate science and engineering or college nondestructive testing professionals can directly apply for Grade II. (Note: When reporting for duty, please show the original and ID card of the materials attached to the preliminary examination application form. )

2) According to the requirements of the Examination Rules, the initial examiners should fill in the following forms: Application Form for Initial Examination of Non-destructive Testing Personnel of Special Equipment (the seal of our company is valid, original), and submit the relevant materials (copies) and copies of ID cards required in the application form for initial examination; Application Form for Certificate of Non-destructive Testing Personnel for Special Equipment in Jiangsu Province (2 1-inch bareheaded photos for each project, original);

3) You can register at any time of the year. When the number of applicants exceeds the reception capacity of training assessment, the number of participants in the assessment will be arranged in the order of registration. 4) Relevant personnel who apply for level II initial training and assessment, except for MT and PT, can share an Application Form for Initial Testing of Non-destructive Testing Personnel of Special Equipment, and RT and UT have one application form for each item; In addition, one application form for the initial test of special equipment nondestructive testing personnel can be used for the level I initial test, but one application form for the certificate of special equipment nondestructive testing personnel in Jiangsu Province (if four projects are reported, four forms and eight photos must be filled in * * *).
