There are several universities in Nanjing, even the bronze cauldrons in front of the library are the same. This is because some universities in Nanjing, such as Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing Normal University and Nanjing Agricultural University, were all separated from the Central University established by 19 15. To commemorate this origin, nine cauldrons were cast and displayed in these schools respectively. This can also reflect the cultural heritage of Nanjing.
