1. Give full play to its own industry advantages and social influence, conduct project cooperation research with Party A as needed, and promote the achievements of both parties.

2. Select excellent professional and technical personnel and management personnel, and work out and implement the professional personnel training plan together with Party A. ..

3. Make full use of human resources, and select professionals and managers with rich practical experience who can engage in teaching as part-time teachers of Party A to help Party A train "double-qualified" teachers.

4. According to Party A's teaching plan and the actual situation of the unit, arrange students' internship and guide the internship process.

5. Cooperate with Party A to evaluate the teaching quality and the academic level of graduates.

6. Select Party A's graduates for employment according to Party B's needs, and provide convenience for Party A's follow-up survey of graduates.

Third, cooperation time.

The cooperation time is initially set at three years, and long-term cooperation can be carried out according to the wishes of both parties and the actual situation.

After the first cooperation, the two sides can negotiate to form a new cooperation intention.

Fourth, others.

1. This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. The cooperation agreement will take effect after being signed and sealed by representatives of both parties. Both parties shall abide by relevant regulations. Matters not covered herein can be settled through negotiation or a supplementary agreement can be signed separately.

2. If one party breaches the contract unilaterally or has any behavior that damages the interests or image of the other party, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement (and the breaching party can be held accountable according to law).
