(1) Candidates choose their positions according to their registration conditions and majors. The major required for the post shall be implemented according to the 20 15 professional classification catalogue of civil servants in Shanxi Province.

(2) Applicants must provide the originals and photocopies of graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate (personnel agency certificate), second-generation ID card, household registration book and other relevant documents (A4 paper). (3) On-the-job personnel of administrative institutions need to provide the unit certificate, and the competent department, organization and personnel department shall add their opinions and affix their seals.

(4) The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of all the materials provided. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination and registration.
