"Security funds" are paid according to the territorial principle, and units affiliated to central departments handle it in accordance with the relevant provisions of local laws and regulations. Agencies, groups, enterprises and institutions, and urban and rural collective economic organizations should actively create conditions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons" to gradually achieve the prescribed proportion of arrangements.

3. Payment methods for disability insurance funds in Zhongshan City
