Can Xinyang Central Hospital do paternity test?

Xinyang Central Hospital can't do paternity test. Paternity test belongs to forensic material evidence test, and only the judicial appraisal center can do paternity test, which has judicial effect.

Personal paternity test: you don't need to provide any documents, just provide identification samples, such as blood stains, hair, oral swabs, fine spots, cigarette butts and so on. You can also bring your child to the scene in person, and the center staff will let you collect samples yourself.

Judicial paternity test: all appraisers' identity documents are required, and the household registration book is provided for children without identity cards. I went there myself to collect photos and samples.
