(I) Scope of introduction
1. The scope of introduction for Class A jobs is: graduates of "double-class" construction universities with bachelor degree or above (for details, please refer to Annex 2).
2. The scope of B-type jobs is as follows: ① Postgraduate degree and doctor's degree (hereinafter referred to as doctor): graduates from domestic ordinary colleges and universities and overseas colleges and universities certified by the Ministry of Education; (2) Graduates from key domestic universities with bachelor degree or above (see Annex 3 for details); ③ Graduates with bachelor's degree or above from the top 2 universities in QS in 222 who have been certified by the Ministry of Education abroad (the list is subject to the announcement of official website).
3. The scope of introduction of Class C jobs is: all schools.
According to Document No.1 [219] of the Office of Teaching and Research, from 217, part-time graduate students with the same policies and standards will be allowed to apply for qualified positions.
(II) Qualifications
1. Have the nationality of the Chinese people, support the leadership of the party, consciously abide by the party discipline and state laws, have good political and ideological quality, and have good conduct.
2. Physical and mental health, physical conditions for normal performance of duties, specific age (time node is subject to the time of publication of registration) requirements are detailed in Annex 1.
3. The majors, academic degrees and other qualifications that meet the requirements of the introduction post shall be subject to the majors indicated in the graduation certificate obtained by the candidates.
4. Graduated normally within the prescribed academic system and obtained academic qualifications and corresponding degree certificates on schedule. College graduates who have not implemented their work units during the period of job selection stipulated by the state can apply for positions limited to recent graduates.
5. Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:
(1) Those who have been punished at or above the department level during their school days;
(2) Persons who have been disciplined, criminally punished and dismissed from public office for violating laws and regulations, and persons who are suspected of violating laws and regulations and are being examined by relevant authorities and have not yet reached a conclusion;
(3) those who have been found to have committed irregularities such as fraud in the examination of civil servants at all levels and in the recruitment of public institutions;
(4) malicious acts of dishonesty have been included in the list of untrustworthy persons by the court and have not been revoked;
(5) Non-fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen, and personnel in other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations. Non-fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for jobs with their obtained academic degrees as a condition;
(6) In accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and province, the employee has not worked in the targeted unit (post) for the minimum service period or is still in the probation period;
(7) Other relevant laws, regulations and policies prohibit employment.
6. Meet other qualifications required for introducing or recruiting positions:
(1) Applicants should submit their ID cards, certificates of academic degrees recognized by the state, and originals and photocopies of corresponding certificates of professional skills required for applying for positions. Print the Electronic Registration and Filing Form of the Academic Certificate of the Ministry of Education within the validity period through the China Higher Education Student Information Network; China Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Information Network downloads and prints the degree certification report (the filing form and certification report need to be printed in advance by the applicant through the above website). Returned students must also submit the original and photocopy of the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees, the certificate of returned students, the translation of transcripts and other materials issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Academic degree certificates and foreign academic degree certificates must be obtained before July 31, 222.
(2) China citizens who are residents of Hong Kong and Macao should also provide a Pass for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland; Taiwan Province students applying for the job also need to provide mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
II. Recruitment positions and specific requirements

III. Registration
(1) Registration method
This registration is online. Applicants will send the Registration Form for the Second Batch of "Excellent Young Talents in Watertown" in Liaocheng City Management Enterprise in 222 (see Annex 4 for details) and the electronic version of relevant valid registration materials as attachments to the designated email address of each enterprise in the form of "Registration position+name+mobile phone number" for registration. Please call for confirmation after the email is sent.
(II) Registration start and end time
From the date of announcement to 18: on June 22, 222, subject to the time when the mail is sent.
(III) Authenticity of personal information
Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the personal information materials and other materials they have applied for. If they do not meet the requirements for entering the examination or the information provided is false, they will be disqualified from the examination and employment.

Other procedures involved in recruitment, such as qualification examination, written examination, interview, inspection, physical examination and employment, are organized by each enterprise.
V. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
According to the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, candidates must declare their personal health status in advance, and all enterprises require candidates to show the green code of "health code" when organizing written examinations and interviews. Candidates who hold the green code of "health code" and come from high-risk areas of domestic epidemic and have a history of living abroad within 14 days before written examinations and interviews, and have a close contact history with confirmed or suspected cases of pneumonia in Covid-19. Before the written test and interview of each enterprise, candidates should bring their own masks and measure their body temperature as required. During the written test, candidates with suspicious symptoms confirmed by on-site professionals will be disqualified from the written test; During the interview stage, all candidates with suspicious symptoms confirmed by on-site professionals will cancel the interview on the same day, and the interview time will be arranged separately by the enterprise. At the same time, according to the actual situation of enterprises, enterprises are encouraged to implement the contactless "cloud recruitment" model.
VI. Other matters
(1) This open recruitment examination does not specify examination textbooks and counseling books, nor does it hold, authorize or entrust any institution to hold examination and interview counseling classes.
(2) The relevant enterprises shall be responsible for the interpretation of matters not covered in this announcement.
