First, adjust the time and scope.

Second, adjust the standards.

(2) On the basis of the adjustment in Item (1), retirees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees will increase the basic pension 2.5 yuan every month according to their payment years (including deemed payment years, excluding the converted length of service), and the payment years are less than 1 year, which is recorded as 1 year (the payment years are calculated to months); According to the provisions of Hunan [20 15] No.38 document of the provincial people's government, retirees who participate in the basic old-age insurance for staff of government agencies and institutions will receive a monthly increase of 4% on the basis of their basic pension in June of 2015.
