Requesting interview questions for the healthcare system

Interview questions are generally divided into two categories: professional ones. I won’t go into details here. Just take the test based on what you have learned~~~~~

The other category is basic quality questions. There are various types of questions and answers, including self-introduction, medical ethics, team skills, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, comprehensive qualities, etc. Here are some examples

1. Self-evaluate yourself, your biggest strengths and biggest weaknesses, and What is your life plan?

Answer: I love life and view life positively. I have a strong thirst for knowledge about many things and am willing to learn things I don’t understand from anyone. I also like to make friends and am happy to work together in a community. Working within a large, friendly team. In general, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and good communication and coordination skills are my greatest strengths. Of course, I also have many shortcomings. Due to my age, I don’t look at some issues deeply enough, and sometimes I am too impatient to do things. However, I can listen to opinions with an open mind and believe that when I carry out my work, I can use my strengths and complete the task well.

2. If this company cannot solve the household registration problem for you, but other conditions can be met for you, will you still come to work in our company?

Answer: I like your organization very much and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organization for being able to prove my value to the greatest extent in all aspects. Household registration is an issue that I am more concerned about. If the company can help me solve this worry as much as possible, then I can ensure that I devote myself to my work wholeheartedly. If the company has temporary difficulties, I also understand. After all, career development space is the most important to me. I'll weigh it carefully.

4. Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend? He/she does not work in the same city as you. How do you solve this problem?

Answer: Yes, I have a boyfriend/girlfriend with a very stable relationship, and it is true that we are not in the same place for the time being. Personally, I really hope to have the opportunity to have two people in the same place, but I don't think this will be a fetter for my career future. If I gave up a job that I was very satisfied with for this relationship, it would make the relationship between me and my boyfriend/girlfriend very heavy. This is not what I want to see, nor is it what my boyfriend/girlfriend wants to see. We hope that we can each have room for development in our respective careers. Both parties are independent and outstanding individuals, which will make us appreciate each other even more.

5. You have taken GRE and TOEFL before, does that mean you are more willing to study abroad?

Answer: The actual situation in China is that it is fashionable to take the T/G exam to prepare to go abroad. I have indeed considered the opportunity to continue my studies abroad. However, as my thoughts gradually mature, I have completely given up on this idea. Since I have been staying on campus, I think I urgently need to develop the ability to do things in practice. This ability is far more valuable than the knowledge gained from books. Compared with academic qualifications and experience, I think experience is more important. In addition, although I gave up studying abroad, it does not mean that I gave up the opportunity to study. I will work hard to learn everything I don't understand at work, which will allow me to solve practical problems with twice the result with half the effort.

6. What do you want the human relations in the company to be like? What would you do if it wasn't actually what you expected?

Answer: I hope the company can have a harmonious interpersonal relationship, and I believe your company must be the same, because only with sincere cooperation can such outstanding business results be achieved. If there are some minor dissatisfactions in some places, I won’t mind. First of all, I think completing my job is the most important thing. On this basis, I will treat every colleague sincerely. I believe everyone will be happy when they come to work in the company. Under this general premise, I don’t think there are any contradictions that cannot be reconciled.

7. When your customers are obviously making things difficult for you: How do you deal with it?

Answer: First of all, I have to put the interests of the company first and let customers understand as much as possible. The company's purpose is to serve customers wholeheartedly. Many times I believe that the difficulties customers face towards me are also a test of my company's ability to do things. I will do my best to make customers trust the company and me. However, if a customer makes some demands that are excessive or even contrary to human nature, I will not compromise, and I believe that the company will not allow its employees to be humiliated externally.

8. If your boss gives you a job that is not your job: will you refuse or accept it?

Answer: Everything in the company is focused on the interests of the company. As long as it is conducive to the development of the company, the tasks assigned by the boss are my work. There is no difference between within my job and outside my job. I believe that your company will give me a fair reward for my efforts.

9. Your resume shows that you have participated in a variety of extracurricular activities, so how do you manage the balance between these activities and your studies?

Answer: As a student, the society I have access to is limited. If I only immerse myself in textbooks every day, I may just be a high-scoring and low-energy person who is not qualified for the position of your company. I think the social activities I participated in during my studies were of great benefit to my physical and mental development. They were of great benefit in cultivating my sense of responsibility and my ability to communicate with others. Therefore, I will participate in as many social activities as possible without neglecting my studies. The benefits brought by this accumulation of experience will be fully reflected after I join your company.

10. If a colleague with a lower education than you gets the same starting salary as you, how do you view this matter?

Answer: This is not a problem for me at all. I don't care about unfair treatment due to high or low academic qualifications. What I care about is whether the company can have a fair weighing standard for work ability and workload. Personally, I will never look down on someone with lower academic qualifications than me. As long as he has real talent and learning, I am happy to learn from him. Therefore, I believe that the company has arranged for us to have the same starting salary because the company has the same assessment of our abilities. I will work well with my colleagues and contribute to the development of the company.
