If used in industrial production, micron-sized magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide can be used completely. Many companies produce magnesium hydroxide, which is more expensive than aluminum hydroxide, which is quite cheap.

PS: Originally, I wanted to recommend red phosphorus as combustion improver, but the landlord had requirements on product color, which was not feasible. If red phosphorus is added, the product will turn reddish brown. However, the landlord can consider other synergistic combustion improvers.
