Bozhou deed tax subsidy application process

1. The home buyer applies for deed tax subsidy to Haozhou City Real Estate Bureau with application materials.

2. After the Haozhou City Real Estate Bureau accepts the subsidy application and verifies the summary, it submits it to the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau for verification.

3. After approval by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau and the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau will specifically distribute the house purchase deed tax subsidy to the bank account provided by the applicant.
