1. Determine the candidates to be recruited

3. Unified dispatch. After the training, the Hainan Provincial Human Resources Development Bureau will dispatch the recruiters to report based on their application status.

4. Sign the agreement. The relevant city and county offices for three supports and one support will organize recruitment personnel and service units to sign the "Hainan Province College Graduates Three Supports and One Support Plan Agreement."

5. Officially take up the post. All recruits will be officially on duty before September 1st.
