The interview partner advised not to go. The company is very unprofessional, and the business between management and ordinary employees is uneven. "Money gathers and people disperse", and the boss buys a "luxury yacht". It is almost impossible for employees to get any benefits. As far as I know, many employees' year-end bonuses have not been paid for one year.

1, corporate culture is only reflected in the wall, not in the substantive work. The company doesn't have any league building activities. The only thing is to go hiking with the boss. Because the boss likes hiking, he holds "Trailwalker" activities twice a year, which takes up the weekend break every time. Although the starting point of the league building is good, 80% of the employees are forced to participate, live in a particularly chaotic farmhouse and eat flies everywhere. As a group building organized by the company, the experience process is not satisfactory.

The company has many elaborate mechanisms, so I won't list them one by one. There is almost no reward mechanism. Even if there is, it is a few hundred to several thousand rewards for a team, but it is rare.

3, the company laid off employees without any compensation, and threw the Labor Law to the outside world. If you are tough enough, you can get some money from the company, but as far as I know, most of the employees who leave will go away.

4. The company pays attention to bragging culture, but doesn't pay attention to personnel training at all. Even if you are hired with a high salary, because you are a famous school or work in a famous enterprise, it is also a bargaining chip for the boss to introduce you to brag in front of outsiders. But when you find that you are involved with a group of "ghosts and monsters", the leader can recruit again after you leave, no matter who you are.

I advise you not to go. Small companies with less than 100 people are full of market atmosphere everywhere.
