How to improve the qualified rate of distillation export in Maoming Petrochemical Company?

Maoming Petrochemical Refinery Branch and No.8 Workshop actively carried out quality analysis and improvement activities by taking advantage of the east wind of the national quality production month, and received positive responses from workshop employees. A quality management team was set up in the workshop to keep a close eye on the operation parameters. Through technical research, an online sulfur analyzer for refined diesel oil was added to analyze the sulfur content online. On-line sulfur analyzer and quality inspection analysis have become the double insurance of quality monitoring, which has realized the prediction of product quality in advance and greatly improved the sulfur content of refined diesel oil and the export qualified rate index of fractions since September.
