According to the Interim Measures for Public Selection and Transfer of General Staff in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture (No.62 of State People's Social Development [2065438+07]) and other documents, the State Education and Sports Bureau decided to publicly select and transfer professional and technical personnel in some schools directly under the state in 2023 with the consent of the Office of the State Committee of Organizational Establishment and the State Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. I. Transfer and Plan

Some schools managed by the State Education and Sports Bureau plan to openly select 33 professional and technical personnel. For details, please refer to the post table of professional and technical personnel publicly selected by some schools managed by the Education and Sports Bureau of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in 2023 (attachment 1).

Second, the scope of choice

State Ethnic Sports School, State Rongjiang Middle School, Primary School affiliated to Jishou University Teachers College and State Kindergarten are open to the public to select and transfer full-time staff of institutions.

Third, the selection conditions

(1) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. Support the party's line, principles and policies, with good political quality and strong working ability;

2. Have the qualifications and professional or skill conditions required for public job transfer;

3. Born after May 25th under 35, 1984, born after May 25th under 40, 1979, born after May 25th under 45,1974; Under 50 years old means born after May 25th.1969;

4. Good health;

5. Meet other requirements stipulated in the open job transfer;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Fourth, the selection process.

(1) Registration

1. Registration time. June 5, 2023, 9: 00 am 1 to 6: 00 pm 17.

2. Registration place. Window No.35 of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Government Service Center (No.21Wulingshan Avenue, Jifeng Sub-district Office, Xiangxi Economic Development Zone).

3. Registration method: On-site registration is implemented for this open selection. Applicants must choose suitable positions to register in strict accordance with the announcement and job requirements. Each applicant is limited to one position. Applicants should fill in the registration form before registration, and with the consent of the employing unit and its competent department, report it to the county organization department or human society department for approval according to the cadre management authority, and then go through the registration formalities at the registration place. 4. Information to be submitted for registration

(1) Registration Form (see Annex 2, one copy and three one-inch bareheaded color recent photos);

5. Preliminary qualification examination. The preliminary qualification examination shall be conducted by the State Education and Sports Bureau in conjunction with the transferred units and completed before June 5. The qualifications of applicants must be recognized by the state, and the majors should be filled in strictly according to the majors of graduation certificates. The occupation identification of applicants in this open selection refers to the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023 (see Annex 3). If the major of the applicant is not listed in the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023, it shall be determined by the State Education and Sports Bureau in conjunction with the transfer unit and reported to the State People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
