Beijing Institute of Technology is a public ordinary higher vocational college with engineering as the main and independent setting. I. Recruitment positions

Second, the scope of the applicant
Full-time fresh graduates of Beijing's first-class universities and first-class discipline construction universities in 2022, as well as degrees of foreign universities ranked before 1 in the world from August 20201to July 3, 2022 (subject to the academic ranking of World University (ARWU) in 2026).
Third, the applicant's conditions
(1) Having China nationality;

Candidates fill in the Recommendation Form of Beijing Excellent Management Talents Training Program (Annex 3) and submit it to the Party Committee and organization department of the university for review and recommendation. The Organization Department of the Party Committee of colleges and universities, together with the Party organizations of departments, is responsible for reviewing the registration information of fresh graduates registered in our school according to the conditions of the applicants, issuing recommendation opinions and affixing the official seal on the recommendation form. The recommendation form is submitted to our unit by the candidates in the qualification review.
(6) Qualification examination
Anyone who passes the resume screening can enter the qualification re-examination. Re-examination materials include: original and photocopy of ID card (front and back); Original and photocopy of the household registration book (home page and personal page); The recommendation form of "excellent training plan" and the recommendation form of graduate employment stamped by the competent department of employment of college graduates; All academic degree certificates since the initial academic qualifications; All the online verification reports of the student status of the Ministry of Education since the beginning of teaching, and the electronic registration and filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education; Transcripts of all stages from initial education; English proficiency certificate (report card); Professional title (skill) certificate and scientific research achievements; Award-winning certificate (certificate); Scientific research projects, certificate of completion, etc. In addition, if the candidate is party member, he/she must provide party member identity certificate issued by his/her party organization.

(7) Organizing interviews
The interview process in our school includes "professional ability test" and "interview trial".
1. Professional ability test: The professional ability test is organized and implemented by the employing department, including scientific research introduction, professional knowledge test, technical skills display and other links. The vocational ability test mainly measures candidates' professional skills, innovation ability, scientific research ability, practical teaching ability and mastery of cutting-edge knowledge. The total score of professional ability test is 100, and the minimum qualified score is 80 (inclusive).
2. Interview and trial lecture: The interview and trial lecture are organized and implemented by the personnel department. The interview mainly evaluates the candidate's language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability, organization and coordination ability, comprehensive analysis ability, mental health and job matching. Try to talk about manners, theoretical teaching ability, language expression ability, classroom control ability, Putonghua level and so on. Answer questions in interviews and trial lectures. The total score of interview and trial lecture is 100, and the minimum qualified score is 80 (inclusive).

Conduct inspection and physical examination on the personnel to be hired. Those who fail the inspection and physical examination shall not be employed.
(10) Publicity and filing
After the examination and approval of the principal's office meeting, the list of persons to be employed will be published simultaneously in the registration system and the website of our school for a period of not less than 7 working days.
