"Setting up a software institute is both an opportunity and a challenge" is the first sentence of the legendary story of Dean Zang. Before and after the establishment of the Soft Institute, Dean Zang experienced a tortuous process of "leaving home-going home-establishing home". In August, 2000, an important scientific research project of Intel China Lab urgently needed experts in parallel compilation, so he was invited. After careful consideration, he decided to resign from the computer department to learn about the operation mechanism of foreign scientific research institutions.
So, in 2000, Dean Zang "left home" and went to Intel China Software Lab. At that time, in the team where he worked, he was the only "domestic" structural engineer, and the rest were foreigners, which brought him room to fully display his talents and communicate. During his one-year stay at Intel, he deeply understood the modern management system of foreign scientific research institutions and deeply felt Intel's rich corporate culture. Recruit students, recruit talents and educate people

His "other half's happiness" lies in his warm and harmonious family. Dean Zang's lover is a doctor in the physics department of the school, mainly engaged in scientific research.
