Generally speaking, employers need to be good at writing when recruiting managers or clerks. Why? What do you need to write? Is it difficult?

I'm in this business. Personally, I think we can read books on "applied writing", or introduce what other colleagues have written, see how they write more, write down good sentences and use them next time. You can also ask your friends to show you and comment on your lack of literary talent in that respect. Find the right place to follow up and believe that you can do it.
