1. Number and position of recruitment

If the hired personnel have more suitable employment opportunities during the employment period, they can voluntarily terminate the employment contract. After the expiration of the employment period, the employed personnel shall decide whether to renew the contract according to the current relevant policies and regulations and the principle of two-way selection.
