2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

3. Have good ideological quality and moral conduct.

4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

5. Have the professional knowledge, post (executive) qualification and other conditions required for the post.

6. Meet the age requirements of the recruitment position, 25 years old and below; 30 years old and below; 35 years old and below; 40 years old and below; 45 years old and under.

7. Spouses and children of active servicemen stationed in Xinjiang, all kinds of state workers working in counties (cities, districts) and townships (towns) in Xinjiang, cadres aiding Xinjiang, and Xinjiang household registration personnel can be regarded as the household registration where the related person works, and can apply for special positions in Xinjiang household registration (students) or local household registration (students); College student volunteers and "three supports and one support" personnel serving in Xinjiang (at least 6 months for those with a service period of 1 year and at least 14 months for those with a service period of 2 years) can be regarded as the household registration of the place of service.

8. If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. The active service experience of retired soldiers in the army can be regarded as grassroots work experience.
