The policy of Guangdong university students going to the countryside is as follows:

1, those who have served for more than 2 years and passed the examination, and apply for master's degree within 3 years after the service expires, the total score of the initial test will increase 10, and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions.

2. Volunteers who have no work experience before participating in the project, within 2 years after passing the examination (counted from the time of graduation of the volunteers in the postgraduate education group), can enjoy the relevant policies for fresh college graduates equally in terms of enrollment (recruitment), employment, self-employment, settlement and further studies.

3. After the expiration of the service period, those who pass the examination and meet the corresponding conditions according to the regulations can enjoy the corresponding tuition compensation and student loan compensation policies.

4. After the expiration of the service period, those who pass the examination shall be calculated according to the actual service period (calculated from the date of reporting to the grassroots) and reflected in the service certificate and service appraisal form.

5. 1 year working experience and passing the examination, you can participate in the evaluation of professional titles as required.

6. Volunteers participating in the project enjoy the same preferential policies as volunteers in the Western Plan.

Since 20021,the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Civilization Office, the Provincial Agricultural Office, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs have decided to expand the implementation scale of the mountain plan, and under the guidance of the National Western Planning Project Office, to carry out the volunteer service for college students in Guangdong Province-the rural revitalization action for college graduates in Guangdong Province.
