In addition, the cooperation project with Fujian Daimler will also be the focus of the work of engine colleagues. In addition to providing the M271 and M272 engines required by BBAC, we also need to provide engines required by Fujian Daimler. These tasks require your intervention.

Here, you need to adapt to the diverse cultural atmosphere and team working model in the shortest possible time. You may feel relaxed or confused at first, which is normal. Newcomers need a certain adjustment period when they first join. But during this period, you should pay more attention to what your colleagues around you are doing every day, communicate with which colleagues in which departments to solve any problems, and become familiar with the roles and functions of each department in the company as soon as possible.
