How many towns are there in Wensu County?

According to Aksu government network, Wensu County is located at the southern foot of Tomur Peak in the middle Tianshan Mountains in western Xinjiang, on the northern edge of Tarim Basin, bordering Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in the north, with a total administrative area of 1.46 million square kilometers and a border line of 126.6 kilometers, and governs 13 townships (towns).
