Not to mention the factory, just like Jiangsu and Zhejiang, in the past, the personnel bureaus in all urban areas led the team to recruit people for the factory, but now they are basically replaced by intermediaries. Why?

There is only one reason: intermediary+school+labor intermediary = three parties profit.

So the factory is not as good as it is, or it can only rely on the intermediary helplessly!

At present, the only solution is to cancel the intermediary, let the government come forward, and let the factory directly connect schools and workers.
