What's the difference between hiring and recruiting?

Recruitment is the process of finding, attracting and encouraging qualified people to take up jobs and work in the organization in time. Hiring means interviewing candidates directly without exams. Bottom line: Recruitment generally refers to finding talents outside the unit, while employment generally refers to selecting and promoting talents internally.
