1. Registration conditions

(1) Support the line, principles, and policies of the Communist Party of China, abide by national laws and regulations, have good political quality, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

(2) Be in good health, enthusiastic about community welfare, have a spirit of dedication, and have certain organizational and coordination abilities and relevant business knowledge.

(3) Aged under 45 years old.

(4) Meet one of the following conditions:

1. Fresh and past graduates with urban household registration in this city and a junior college degree or above from a regular institution of higher learning in Beijing;

2. Fresh and past graduates from Beijing with a junior college degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities outside Beijing;

3. Non-Beijing fresh and past graduates with a junior college degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities in Beijing.
