Network security guards must obtain qualification certificates.

According to the introduction of Beijing Security Service Corporation, Beijing Cyber Security Service Department has been established in the center, and plans to train more than 4,000 cyber security guards.

In the future, the Ministry will send "network security officers" to more than 800 Internet cafes and more than 3,000 network access service units in the city, delete all kinds of bad information for service units in time through network monitoring, and assist service units to ensure the safe operation of the network.

At present, more than 4,000 network security guards are in the recruitment stage, and the recruitment standard is: "vocational high school education or above, computer major or computer major". All qualified people need to undergo computer network professional knowledge training, examination and obtain qualification certificates before they can become network security guards. After joining the job, the network security guards will immediately stop and report to the police once they find someone visiting pornographic websites, "fishing" or publishing false information online.

Phishing is on the rise.

According to Zhao Shiqiang, director of the Network Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, last year, the Ministry of Public Security detected a total of 1.35 million cases of online fraud, and this year 1 quarter, 543 cases of online fraud and theft were cracked, and fraudulent websites such as * were closed 1.

At present, "phishing" is on the rise. Criminals use Trojan horse programs, virus mail and other means to obtain other people's bank accounts and securities accounts to defraud money. Some suspects even forged the page of the bank website. When the user logged in and entered the password, the information was intercepted by the suspect. In this way, the user lost his password without knowing it at all, and a large number of deposits followed.

Online transactions will be conducted in real-name registration system.

According to Wang Xiaozhong, deputy director of the National Anti-computer Virus and Hacking Center, at present, the national anti-phishing alliance has entered the substantive operation stage. As the initiator, the Ministry of Public Security will jointly monitor and inform the latest trends of phishing with financial institutions, websites and telecommunications departments, and train specialized anti-phishing talents.

Zhao Shiqiang said that because many people use business websites to publish false commodity information and defraud money, in the future, online business transactions will adopt a real-name registration system and establish an online fraud reporting system. The public security organs will form a joint strike and rapid response mechanism with the telecommunications and financial departments to catch fishermen in time.
