In the end, the big enterprises that don't work earn a lot of money, and the contractor bears all the risks. They also need to support workers' wages. Even some local projects that don't need the participation of big companies at all often end up in the hands of Chinese prefix enterprises. On every large construction site around us, the names of construction enterprises are China Railway, China Construction, China Light and Power, China Metallurgical and so on. But it has nothing to do with them except the seal on the contract.

The biggest profits are given to "second-hand dealers", so that those who work hard have no money to take them. This kind of chaos is staged every day. What local governments want is face, and what central enterprises want is "lining". Everyone wants what they want and everyone is happy.

Therefore, if migrant workers want to earn a monthly salary like office workers, they need to start with rectifying the chaos in the construction industry. Local projects should be handed over to the final construction manager, not subcontracted layer by layer. People who really do projects have greater profits, and they can better safeguard the interests of migrant workers.

If this kind of chaos is not fundamentally changed, it is tantamount to finding a fish from a tree by punishing the contractor to realize the monthly salary of construction workers.

Migrant workers also have families to support, mortgages to pay, and children's tuition fees. Not getting paid at the end of the year is not only a shame for the construction industry, but also a heartbreak for migrant workers.

Just solving the problem of subcontracting at different levels is not enough to solve the financial dilemma of migrant workers' wages. Local projects are not approved or built, and it is almost common to default on project funds. Although there are contractual constraints, Party A's power is above everything else, and the construction company dares to say and do it.
