According to official website of Harbin Media Vocational College, the preparatory class of Harbin Media Vocational College in 2023 only recruits three majors: computer network technology, software technology, automobile manufacturing and testing technology, and all of them need to sign contracts. Harbin Media Vocational College is a full-time ordinary college approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and put on record by the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 1993, formerly known as Heilongjiang Institute of Public Relations.
