I. Recruitment positions

Professional and technical civilian posts in the service guarantee institutions for veteran cadres of units directly under provincial military regions and military sub-regions include skilled workers such as drivers, facilities and equipment maintenance workers, cooks, and ordinary workers such as civil servants, transceivers and communicators.

Second, candidates

The collection targets are social personnel who meet the registration conditions, among which the targeted collection targets are military martyrs, spouses and children of military personnel who died in the line of duty, brothers and sisters of unmarried military martyrs, and spouses of active military personnel.

Soldiers who plan to retire in the summer and autumn of 2022 and choose the way of self-employment placement can apply for the exam with the approval of the political work department of the unit above the regiment level.

Third, the application conditions

Political conditions. Applicants should meet the criteria for political assessment of civilian personnel recruited by the military.

Education. Applicants for technical positions should have college education or above, and ordinary positions should have high school education or above.

Qualification. Skilled workers who apply for vocational skills from Grade III to Grade V shall obtain vocational qualifications of senior skills, intermediate skills and primary skills in corresponding occupations. Among them, those who apply for the professional position of vehicle driving shall obtain the motor vehicle driver's license of the People's Republic of China or the military vehicle driver's license of the People's Liberation Army of China, and have the professional qualification certificate or meet the requirements of quasi-driving type; Applicants for facilities and equipment maintenance workers, facilities and equipment maintenance workers and drivers shall have professional qualification certificates related to warehouse management, equipment maintenance and barracks facilities construction; To apply for an ordinary post, one should have the corresponding professional level or working ability.

Physical condition. Applicants should meet the standard conditions for military recruitment of civilian personnel.

Age condition. Those who apply for professional skills level 3 and level 4 positions are not over 35 years old; Those who apply for professional skills level 5 and ordinary positions are not over 30 years old.

Household registration conditions. The applicant's domicile should be in the same province as the employer.

Other conditions. On the premise of meeting the above basic conditions, the specific application conditions are determined by the employer according to the needs of the post.
