What does business representative (DSR) mean?

Calculate the product of each rating (1-5 stars) multiplied by the rating, add them separately, and then divide them by the total number of commentators, and finally get the quotient of DSR.

For example, * * * has 20 people's evaluations, and the effective evaluations are 12 people with all 5 points, 4 people with all 4 points, 2 people with all 3 points, 1 people with all 2 points, 1 people with all 1 points. DSR is:

[( 12*5)+(4*4)+(2*3)+( 1*2)+( 1* 1)] / 20

= [60+ 16+6+2+ 1] / 20

=85/20

=4.25 (points)
