I. Recruitment Plan

Second, the scope of recruitment
This recruitment is for graduates of Jilin Normal University and Changchun Normal University in 2023.
Third, the registration conditions
(1) basic conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Observe discipline and conduct;
4. Have the physical conditions required to perform job responsibilities;
5. Graduates in 2023 (graduates with bachelor's degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree or above before August, 2023 1) (in view of the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the final certification time shall prevail);
6. Have other qualifications required for the recruitment position.
(2) Post conditions

(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination.
1. Persons who have been subjected to criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline, persons who are being subjected to criminal punishment, or persons who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. Avoid

5. 6. With the consent of the employer, the signing candidates shall sign a reasonable and effective agreement with the employer within the prescribed time limit with the National Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities or the National Employment Agreement for Postgraduates stamped with the official seal of the Admissions and Employment Office of colleges and universities, which shall be regarded as automatic waiver of signing qualification.

Six, registration, physical examination, employment
Graduates who sign the contract shall report to the personnel department (room) of the recruiting unit who signs the contract according to the time requirements notified by the employer. And participated in the physical examination organized by Changchun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The physical examination standard is determined by referring to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and combining with the actual employment needs of public institutions. After passing the physical examination, the recruiting unit will sign a formal employment contract with the contracted students and go through the relevant entry procedures. If the medical examination is unqualified, the employment qualification of the contract personnel shall be cancelled.
Bring the signed employment agreement, ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and other relevant documents and materials required by the recruiting unit when reporting for duty, and go through the relevant employment procedures at Changchun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau according to relevant regulations. If the candidate fails to obtain the above certificates (except the teacher qualification certificate) before August 1 2023 (in view of the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the final certification time shall prevail), or the employment agreement is automatically terminated due to disciplinary action or administrative punishment by the school, the recruiting unit will not bear any liability for breach of contract.
