What is the ABC interview?

First, the first link is leaderless group discussion, and then the second link is semi-structured interview.

Without leading group discussion, one group 12 people (half in favor and half against) will debate 15 minutes, and the direction of each group debate will be decided by the first person who draws lots, and then they will discuss freely 15 minutes to reach an agreement. The examiner will look at what is written on the draft paper. Three examiners (the examiner is a third-party interview company, not a staff member of the Agricultural Bank of China) returned to the zigzag table, and the candidates sat on both sides.

Semi-structured questions: 1 minute introduce yourself (you can't say your name), and ask personalized questions according to your personal experience in your resume, such as internship experience, party membership procedures, hobbies, family situation, what you have done to make you proud, and how to withdraw 1 10,000 deposits within one week.
