The maximum size of Class II overrun certificate is the total length of goods ≤ 28m, total width ≤ 3.75m, height ≤ 4.5m, and total mass ≤ 100t.

According to the classification standard of over-limit transportation license, the second-class over-limit license clearly stipulates the size of vehicles and goods. The total length, width and height of the goods shall not exceed 28m, 3.75m and 4.5m, respectively, and the total mass of the whole combination shall not exceed100t.
