Responsibilities and scope of the fuel injection supervisor

1. Familiar with plastic spraying, oil spraying, screen printing and pad printing technology and technology, familiar with manual spraying and oil spraying production principle and equipment adjustment. Responsible for the arrangement of production plan of fuel injection department.

2. Be able to comprehensively manage production departments such as spraying, oil injection, screen printing and pad printing, and independently solve production technical problems. Be able to arrange production reasonably and formulate production technology.

3. Be familiar with the establishment and maintenance of dust-free spraying workshop, and master the maintenance and maintenance technology of spraying equipment.

4. Familiar with product inspection process and performance test methods. Able to read drawings independently.

5. Be familiar with the operation of ISO9000 quality system and internal audit of quality system, and skillfully carry out 7S activities to analyze and improve product quality problems.

6. Be able to skillfully write fuel injection operation instructions and cooperate with the overall operation of the company.
