Content of health care and medical practice examination

The contents of the health care examination include morning and afternoon examination, all-day health observation, height measurement, weight measurement and vision measurement.

1. Morning and afternoon physical examination and all-day health observation:

Morning-noon check-up means that every child is examined by a health care doctor every morning and noon, and at the same time, the physical condition of the child is tested and observed all day, and the health condition of each child is recorded.

Second, the height measurement:

Let children over 2 years old measure their height, and use a vertical height meter, whose scale can be read to 0. 1 cm. Before measurement, check whether the column is vertical to the slide plate and whether the joint shakes. If the joints shake, correct them in time, and then help the children take off their coats, shoes and hats. The health care doctor stands on the right side of the child, gently slides the skateboard down and touches the child's head.

Third, the weight measurement:

Weight measurement should use lever scale or electronic scale, with a maximum weighing of 60kg and a minimum dividing value of 50 g. Before measurement, the health care doctor should check the zero point of the scale, put the weight near the weight of the child, take off the coat, shoes and socks and hat to help the child, and let the child empty the urine on an empty stomach before measurement.

Fourth, vision examination:

Children over 3-4 years old should use international standard visual acuity chart or logarithmic visual acuity chart, and children under 1.5-2 years old should use children's graphic visual acuity chart or dot visual acuity chart. Children should stand 5 meters away from the eye chart. The hanging height of the international standard eye chart should be such that the line 1.0 of the eye chart is approximately flush with children's eyes, and the hanging height of the logarithmic eye chart should be such that the line 5.0 of the eye chart is approximately flush with children's eyes.
