In recent years, Huanxiu Street has conscientiously implemented the three-year action plan for preschool education in Jimo City and continuously increased We have invested heavily in accelerating infrastructure construction, improving internal facilities and equipment, and optimizing the layout of kindergartens. We have successively built Huanxiu Central Kindergarten, Qiandongcheng Kindergarten, and Wangjiaguanzhuang Kindergarten, which will be opened in the autumn of 2013. In order to further improve the quality of early childhood education and care, meet the needs of school-age children for kindergarten admission, and promote the healthy and rapid development of Huanxiu preschool education. After research, it has been decided to openly recruit contract preschool teachers to the public. The recruitment brochure is now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment conditions

2. Master basic knowledge of early childhood psychology, education, and professional skills such as playing, singing, speaking, jumping, and painting;

Possess a college degree or above in preschool education (the first degree must be a full-time technical secondary school in preschool education or kindergarten teacher major), a full-time college degree or above in normal school, or a non-teacher school major in physical education, College degree or above in music major or art major;
4. Good health and under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1983).
The following persons are not allowed to apply:
①Persons who have been subjected to reeducation through labor or criminal punishment. ②People who have been fired from their units. ③Those who are not allowed to engage in the teaching profession according to laws and regulations. ④Persons suffering from infectious diseases or a history of mental illness.
2. Recruitment Quota
To recruit 10 kindergarten contract teachers, the number of applicants should exceed the number of recruits by more than 20. If the number of applicants is lower than the number of recruits, the number of recruits will be reduced proportionally.
3. Recruitment procedures
Adhering to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, we adopt a combination of written examination, skills test and defense to recruit openly to the public. The specific procedures are:
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: September 13-16, 2013 (8:30-11:30 am, 2:30 pm -5:30)
2. Registration location: Huanxiu Education Office (East 3rd Floor, North Gate of Huanxiu Middle School)

4. When registering, you need to bring: originals and copies of your household registration book, ID card, academic certificate, teacher qualification certificate, award certificate; and three recent 2-inch color photos of the same edition without a hat.
(2) Qualification review, truthfully fill in the "Registration Form".
The Education Office has set up a review team to strictly review the qualifications of applicants. Only those who pass the review can take the exam, and those who commit fraud will be disqualified.
(3) Issuance of admission tickets
Admission tickets will be issued at the Huanxiu Education Office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on September 20.
(3) Examination
The examination is divided into written examination, skills examination and defense. The written test, skills, and defense are each worth 100 points, (including 10 points for the written test, which will be scored by a dedicated person based on the writing on the paper, and 90 points for the test questions, which will be scored by the marking team), and the points will be scored according to a certain proportion.
1. Written test. Time: Morning of September 21st. For closed-book examination, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 based on the number of recruits and written test scores.
Written examination content: basic theoretical knowledge such as early childhood psychology, pedagogy, kindergarten education guidance outline, and interpretation of the "Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6".
2. Skills examination and defense. Time: All day on September 22.
(1) Content: Professional skills and defense test.
(2) Specific requirements and points:
A. Professional skills (100 points), including: 1. Reading: (20 points) reading the designated article; 2. Piano ( 20 points): ***Two songs, one prepared by oneself, one played and sung by lottery; 3. Vocal music (20 points): ***Two songs, one self-prepared song, one by sight-singing by lottery (limited to staff music) ); 4. Dance (20 points): prepare your own dance section, the time should be controlled within 3 minutes (the content is of your own choice, bring your own accompaniment); 5. Drawing (15 points): draw a picture of your will, within the specified time Completed within 1 hour (bring your own colored pens and drawing paper).
B. Defense (100 points), the defense is based on the questions asked, requiring clear thinking, fluent language, and the ability to comprehensively analyze and respond to emergencies.
3. Total score: 40% written test + 40% skills test + 20% defense.
(4) Results Announcement:
Announcement time and method: The announcement will be posted in the Education Office for five working days on September 24.
(5) Physical examination:
Determine the personnel to be hired according to the overall score and the recruitment plan from high scores to low scores, and organize the personnel to be hired to the designated medical institution (Municipal Maternal and Child Health Station) Have a physical examination at your own expense. The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "Pre-job Physical Examination Standards for Personnel in Child Care Institutions". Those who fail the physical examination will not be hired, and the personnel will be filled in order according to their performance.
4. Recruitment benefits
1. The probationary period is one year, and the monthly salary during the probationary period is 1,500 yuan.
2. After the probationary period and passing the assessment, the kindergarten contract employment system will be implemented and an employment contract will be signed. The monthly salary is 1,800 yuan, and five insurances such as pension, medical care, maternity, work-related injury, and unemployment will be applied for.
