Shanxi, referred to as "Jin" for short, is the provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China), with Taiyuan as its capital. It is located in North China of China, bordering Hebei in the east, Shaanxi in the west, Henan in the south and Inner Mongolia in the north.
