The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the number of recruits.

This time * * * recruits 80 primary and secondary school teachers, including 65 primary school teachers and 15 middle school teachers.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

1. Love education, have good conduct and professional ethics, abide by the law, be honest and trustworthy.

2. Physical and mental health, competent for education and teaching.

(2) Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above in national education series.

2. Teachers' qualification certificates with corresponding years, in which primary schools should have primary schools and above corresponding disciplines, and secondary schools should have secondary schools and above corresponding disciplines.

3. The level of Putonghua should reach Grade II and above.

4.40 years old (born after 1973 65438+ 10/).

5. Those with honorary titles such as model (excellent) teachers, excellent class teachers, teaching experts, backbone teachers and academic leaders at or above the municipal level are preferred.

Third, recruitment methods and steps

The recruitment work is carried out according to the steps of registration, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, publicity and employment.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

This recruitment takes the form of on-site registration.

1. Registration time: 2013 August 13- 16.

2. Registration place: Nankang Village Primary School, weiyang district (200m east of bus lane of Company 6).

3. Registration materials need to be provided: my ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate, Putonghua grade certificate and various honorary certificates, and 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos.

4. Those who pass the qualification examination will be issued an interview admission ticket. (The interview time will be announced separately)

(2) Interview

The interview takes the form of lectures, defense and talent show, focusing on the comprehensive quality of the candidates. Full score for interview 100, including 60 points for speech, 25 points for defense, and 15 points for talent show.

According to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1, the people who enter the physical examination are determined in the order of interview results. (If the interview results are the same, the order will be decided by the lecture performance. )

(3) Physical examination

According to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), those who fail the physical examination will not be employed. Vacancies are filled in the order of interview results, only once. (The time and place of medical examination will be notified separately, and the medical examination fee will be paid by me. )

(4) Publicity and employment

Publicize the personnel to be hired for 7 working days, and handle the relevant employment procedures for those who have no problems in publicity.

Fourth, employee treatment.

The probation period is two months. After the probation period expires, the monthly salary is 2300 yuan, and five insurances such as pension, medical care, maternity, work injury and unemployment are paid.
