What are the criteria for hotel to recruit waiters?

Different waiters recruited by different departments of the hotel also have corresponding standards. Hotels are generally divided into front desk, catering, guest rooms, personnel, security, sales, finance, engineering, reservation, secretarial and so on.

The required standards are also different.

The following are subject to foreign-related hotels:

Front desk: Good looks, certain foreign language ability, extroverted personality and good at expression.
