Shijiazhuang talent green card B card application conditions

The green card for talents (B card) serves the following talents who are introduced by employers outside the city and abroad to work or start businesses in Shijiazhuang:

(a) outstanding graduates included in the "prestigious school plan" in Hebei Province;

(two) doctoral students, full-time master graduates, full-time bachelor graduates of first-class universities and first-class disciplines in "double-first-class" construction universities;

(3) Enterprises, institutions and social organizations recruit (introduce) the top 500 outstanding graduates with full-time bachelor degree or above from institutions outside China;

(4) Full-time graduate students who are closely integrated with our city's industry and have been assessed as Class A subjects in national universities (adjusted according to the latest results of national university subject evaluation);

(five) enterprises, institutions and social organizations recruit (cited) to obtain the third prize of the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award and above (the first prize is the top three, the second prize is the top two, and the third prize is the first prize) or have more than three invention patents authorized by the state, which can be transformed in Shijiazhuang and produce certain economic benefits;

(6) Professional technicians with deputy senior titles or above introduced by enterprises or senior technicians with short positions, and professional technicians with full senior titles or above recruited by institutions and social organizations;

(seven) management talents with the honorary title of provincial and ministerial level and above introduced by enterprises and those who held middle-level and above positions in China Top 500 enterprises before coming to Stone and held leadership positions in enterprises above designated size after coming to Stone;

(eight) the economic and social development of Shijiazhuang city is in urgent need and has been identified by the leading group of talent work of the municipal party Committee as having some special skills or expertise.

The age of one to four types of talents in the service object is generally not more than 35 years old, and the age of five to eight types of talents is generally not more than 45 years old.
